Manchester United watched Jose win the Premier League in year 2 of his holding the reigns at Chelsea then try to get the team relegated in year 3. The guy never stays anywhere very long. Certainly not like Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger.
Why?
Because HE has to have total control. His players have to be slaves to his will. His team owners have to give him the money he wants.
Sure, he can play sycophant to get the job he wants. And his results usually work. But, after winning some trophies, his players burn out. They stop playing because they cannot anymore. And the antics which make him look like genius suddenly make him look like an asshole.
